In addition to tea, ume (Japanese plum), and soba (buckwheat noodles), which are rooted in this region, the wisdom and handiwork of Inabe’s residents transforms nature’s bounties into precious gifts.
 
             
        Special feature “Tasting Inabe’s Ume”
Inabe City Bairin Park, the largest plum orchard in the Tokai area, is known for its spectacular scenery, and the best time to view the plum blossoms is in early March. Here we’ll introduce products using the plums grown in the park and the city.
Please come and enjoy one of the most beautiful seasons in Japan, with some sweet and sour plums on the side.
