Inabe is a place where nature and daily life coexist. Inabe has many souvenirs that make the most of its charms and are unique to Inabe. In addition to tea, ume (Japanese apricot), and soba (buckwheat noodles), which are rooted in this region, the wisdom and handiwork of Inabe’s residents transforms the bounty of nature into precious gifts.

Special feature “Tasting Inabe’s Ume”

Inabe City Plum Orchard Park, the largest plum orchard in the Tokai area, is known for its spectacular scenery, and the best time to view the ume blossoms is in early March. In this issue, we introduce products using ume (plum) fruits grown in the park and the city.
